1. Offer Overview

Oasis Real Estate is offering a $1,000 buyer credit toward the purchase of a home for eligible participants of the webinar “The 20-Minute Homebuyer Reset.”

This incentive is designed to support buyers who take proactive steps toward homeownership through education and personalized planning.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the $1,000 buyer credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

The participant must attend the webinar live.
(Viewing the recording after the event does not qualify)
The participant must book and complete a 1-on-1 strategy consultation with Oasis Real Estate following the webinar.
The participant must enter into a buyer representation agreement with Oasis Real Estate.
The participant must successfully purchase and close on a residential property with Oasis Real Estate acting as the buyer’s agent.
The transaction must close within one (1) calendar year of the live webinar attendance.

3. Offer Limitations

This offer is limited to the first five (5) eligible buyers who meet all qualification requirements and successfully close
One credit per household or purchasing entity
Offer is valid only for attendees of the webinar “The 20-Minute Homebuyer Reset”
Minimum purchase price of $400,000 required

4. How the Credit Is Applied

The $1,000 credit will be applied at closing as a buyer credit
The credit may be used toward:
- Closing costs
- Prepaid expenses
- Other allowable buyer costs, subject to lender approval
The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside of a completed transaction

5. Mortgage Disclosure

Buyers are not required to use Oasis Real Estate’s mortgage brokerage or affiliated lending services to qualify for this buyer credit.

The credit is contingent solely on Oasis Real Estate representing the buyer in the real estate transaction, in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
